How do we make our nut butters?
We craft our nut butters in a melanger, a traditional stone grinder, to ensure the highest quality. This process slowly grinds the nuts, preserving their natural nutrients and ensuring a smooth, creamy texture. The slow grinding also helps extend the shelf life of our products without the need for artificial preservatives, so you can enjoy a healthy, delicious nut butter that is as fresh as possible.
Are your products gluten free?
We use naturally gluten-free ingredients, including gluten-free sprouted oats in our porridge and granola. However, some products from our suppliers may contain gluten, and we also use flour on our premises. While we take precautions to minimize the risk, we cannot guarantee that there will be no cross-contamination.
How to store nut butter?
We recommend storing the nut butter in a dark cool place or in the fridge. The nut butter tastes best at room temperature so we recommend taking it out of the fridge and letting it sit for a bit to reach the perfect spreadable consistency.
The formation of oil on top is natural and in the colder temperature, the oil gets thicker. This shows that we are not using any preservatives and that our nut butter is completely natural. Just stir the oil back in and enjoy.
